The remodeling job was absolutely beautiful. I never would have guessed it was built in 1966. There were a few minor problems and I had been told, at the closing, that Signature Construction stood by their work and I was to call if there were any problems.
I did call regarding the few problems there were, and was extremely surprised when Dennis showed up at my door in less than an hour. He made a list of my concerns and was very professional and courteous. I was informed they would be addressed immediately. In no time, the plumber called to set up an appointment at my convenience. Soon, the plumbing was fixed.
Joe came to re-key the home and was also very courteous and professional. He told me to make a list as we settled in and anything that came up would be taken care of. He also took the time to show me how to use the corrugated storm shutters. There are a few more minor things and I have no doubt they will be handled with the same speed and professionalism these men have shown.
I could go on for pages and pages, expressing my love for the home and the wonderful way I was treated by the staff at Signature Construction. Instead, I will just say “Thank you all” to the crew who worked so hard to make my biggest dream come true. Not only did I finally move into my own home, I am amazed at how beautiful it is. Every detail seems to have been taken care of as if it were made for me and my family, and everyone I have dealt with at Signature has been anxious to make it as perfect as possible.
